No. All purchases made from the Beat Store are licensed and non-exclusive. This means that in all cases, Daniel Ayo retains full copyright ownership over the composition and will still be able to license the beat(s) to other artists. In the event of an exclusive license, only the master recording copyright is transfered to the buyer.
Beats cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please make sure the correct tracks are selected before you make your purchase.
All beats come untagged EXCEPT for one Daniel Ayo tag during the intro. This is not removable on the Premium Lease. However, if you purchase an Unlimited Lease, you will have access to the beat stems and can thus manually remove the tag if necessary.
No worries! Please send us an email using the contact form above and let us know when you placed the order, the order ID and which email address you used to purchase. We’ll get back to you ASAP!
Unlimited Leases are non-exclusive but provide the ability to distribute the new song created from the beat to all streaming platforms with no limit on streams, music videos or paid performances. The beat will remain in the beat store for others to lease or buy.

Not at this current time but that may change in the future.
Stems (also known as trackouts) are the individual audio files that make up a beat, meaning each sound element within the beat will be sent as a separate high quality WAV audio file. Leases that include stems are ideal if you plan on recording your song professionally and want full control over mixing each instrument around your vocals.

You must upgrade your lease to the next tier by contacting us. The cost of the upgrade is simply the price of the new lease minus the amount you already paid for your original lease.
